Can I make a change to one of your designs ?

Sure, at Brillianteers , all our designs are done in house, please explain in details what you would like to change or send us a digital image of what you would like and our designer will work with you to create a custom design to your requirement.  Note that in some cases, these will be an additional charge for custom design.

Can I make a design of my own?

Yes, if you send us an image of the design you would like to make , we can, in most cases have our designer make a 3D image of it and manufacture if for you for a small fee.

Shipping and Payment

Do I have to pay any taxes or fees ?

Being a global company, we do not charge you any taxes or additional fees when placing your order. You may be charged such fees by the courier in your country. Common fees charged by local authorities are VAT (called GST in some countries) and customs duties which in many countries are waived for diamond jewelry.

How are the product shipped ?

All our Jewelry are shipped in an insured FedEx box and via express service.

Which payment methods do you accept ?

We accept all major credit cards , both online and over the phone.  We accept paypal and e-checks and welcome bank transfers or paper cheques.  For orders os high value, our accounting department may require more information to validate your identity.

Do you offer layaway or payment plans ?

Yes, we do. One option would be to utilize Paypal’s BillMeLater (Now called Credit) service and another is to go through our billing department for manual approval.

Yes, all our products are shipped worldwide with insured FedEx packets.

How can I get a coupon code?

Our promotions change from time to time and coupons are usually provided through our facebook page or newsletter. Like our Facebook Page or Subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of our homepage.

If you already have a coupon code, click on “Promo code” at the bottom left of the shopping cart page to apply it.

What is your return policy ?

We offer a 30 days return policy from the day you received your product.  Shipping the product back to us will be at the customers expense but we have offices all over the world so in most cases shipping will be local.  Once the product has been received and inspected by our jeweler, a full refund will be given.  Shipping costs will not be refunded.

How can I resize my ring ?

Simply contact us with your required ring size.  We offer free ring sizing before shipping and order. If you would like to re-size your ring after receiving it, you can do so in any one of our international offices for a minimal fee.  Once requested, we will provide you with an address to ship the ring and ship it back to you once it has been re-sized.

What type of warranty do you offer ?

We offer a lifetime warranty on our diamonds and craftsmanship   This means that whatever happens to your stone or jewelry , simply contact us and we will have one of our jewelers repair it for you free of charge.
